Chalon is the greatest! He helped get our previous home on the market and get a really good price for it. But, to get that price him and his remodel team had to do quite a bit of beautification first. He was also our realtor trying to find a new home as well, and he found a house we were looking right after it was listed. He put in a really nice note with the sellers to help us get the place over the other bidders, and it worked! We got a great deal on the place and the value on home has gone up quite a bit since we purchased it about a year and a half ago! Can’t sing his praises enough! He’s like family!
